i have had a false alarm

well i was complaining about painless contractions on sunday night bout 6.30, they started to come every 20 mins or so from bout 7 but thought nothing of it but as the night went on they got down to every 8-10 mins but still i wasnt convinced. Up alot of the night coz they were getting pretty strong and a bit painful and they continued until bout 3 the next day. And then they started to get further apart again and have been like it ever since. My family got really excited bout it and i feel like i have et them down now lol, not too long to wait now

i know its a bugger isnt it, i am not getting my hopes up for any twinges now coz it just aint happening

I had a false alarm 2 days before Ella came, that's why I didn't believe I was actually in labour!! Make sure you get plenty of rest
