i felt a leg

just got to share my news with you all.... you've all probably felt it before... i was pottering around the house when i felt a sharp kick... i put my hand down to feel and felt what i can only describe as a leg... it felt like an adults finger - it was poking out from my side (baby is lying side on at the mo) i almost grabbed it but baby moved it quickly.. i ran into bedroom to tell DH... he put his hand on my bump and we both felt a massive kick...

Been feeling kicks for weeks now but i've never actually felt a limb before... amazing...

That's cool Hayley. Its so nice to feel them properly.

The first time I felt a limb, I was in the bath & caught me unawares & scared the living daylights out of me, it made me jump so much!

After a while I could feel them more & more, its so lovely, until it starting hurting!!! its strange when they aren't in there anymore to feel though.

i was thinking the other day - us woman have a lot to put up with... expanding waists, bums, swollen thighs, feet and hand, constipation, peeing every 2 mins, BUT feeling those kicks make it all worth while... i think my baby's getting a sense of humour already!!! DH sits with his hand on my bump for hours... nothing! the minute he moves away the baby kicks... the other day he moved his hand after a good hour to just turn the tely over... and the baby kicked!!!! made me laugh...

yey hayley is so cool feeling limbs. My LO pushes his knee/foot/elbow?? out and keeps it out now till i push it and he moves it along my belly!

only i had seen it cos it was so quick but i caught it on my video phone on friday night and everyone i have shown has been really shocked like i have an alien in my belly!! haha

my moving tip is to lye on the sofa on my back for a few mins, then turn to lay on my side with belly resting on the sofa, my LO seems to move about to make himself comfy again and i get loads of rolling limbs across my belly!! hehe xxxxx

its really weird when they getting bigger and lumps stick out you can never quite work out what they are although matthew used to stick his arse out a lot!! the weirdest moments for me were being sat in front of the mirror doing my hair with no top on and actually seeing limbs moving around looked really weird because i only used to see it from looking down and because my bump was soo big i didnt see much
