how is that right at all? Those poor girls families, imagine waking up to find that out!

Morally and ethically wrong - the whole point of prison is for offenders to be excluded from society - that means exclusion! As far as Im concerned they surrender all their rights to a normal life when they commit their filthy crimes - so why are they allowed to make claims like this? Were the families allowed to sue him over the death of their beloved girls? He is a first class ******* and some other bad ass should do a proper job on him next time.

He'll be getting legal aid too so it's the tax payer that gets the bill for that along with any money he could sue them for! Wtf's he even gona do with the money? Buy nice cars and order in takeaway every night? It's just so wrong!

I don't agree with the death penalty but things like this really challenge me.

I heard this last night and was absolutely appalled!
Just a shame they didn't do a proper job on him inside when they had the chance!!!!

People like that should just rot in hell - those poor families have now got to go through all this again. It's just a joke this system...someone needs to just get a grip and stop these kind of appeals!

See I was always of the opinion that they're best left suffering in prison and being made to live with the endless taunts and threats of violence every day, but if they can then sue there's no point in that!!
