Today has been a really bad day with liv screaming for no reason etc and I'm tired out. But now whenever she crys she has decided that mommy isn't good enough she wants nanny! So all I get is the screaming :( I want my happy baby but noooooo nanny gets that baby! It's really upset me today!

Rant over x

Its always the way - are you breastfeeding? They can smell the milk..sometimes going to someone else they calm down instantly because they can't smell it! xx

Do you get a little stressed or upset by her crying? Babies sence it and maybe nanny us a but calmer and that's why she settles for her. xx

I do get upset and I've tried not to but it's just something that happens because I hate seeing her cry and do nothing to comfort her cos after trying everything nothing works :( xx

It's totally natural to get upset when your baby cries and cries chick. I imagine that's why she wants nanny then. My babies always settle for other people when I am stressed out. Xx

Jack always settles better for grannie when I'm stressed, he can sence if i'd had a bad day a work too : hugs: try not to worry days like this are few and far between

amy is like that at the moment, to but ive notice now that shell not go to sleep in her cot like she use to she has to cuddle in to me and go to sleep she cries allday for me but if other people have her shes happy. i suppose im really stressed atm and she can sense it but then she works up i get a bit more stressed

Aw hun i know the feeling. i feel like whenever she goes to her daddy she immediately brightens up, she seems to find him so much fun and me not so much!

I'm glad this isn't just us then! Whenever Cahal cries he takes a lot longer to calm down for me, all his dad has to do is pick him and he stops! No fair!

hurtful isnt it. hope its just a newborn thing haha
