i shouldn't worry if she weighs that much, as she is certainly getting what she needs especially as she was prem.
just keep on doing what you are and try not to worry too much, in a couple of months you can wean her and then her milk intake will drop anyway. i think once they are weaned onto 3 meals a day they are supposed to have 18-20 oz of milk including cheese and milk in food etc and she is on that now.
