I am worried because my nausea is going

i am really worried because I was feeling really really sick for most of the day, and didn`t want to eat anything much. This weekend, my appetite has come back and my nausea has almost gone, I just get it for a few hours at night. I fear that my symptoms are going. I have a second scan on Friday and am just dreading them saying that they can not detect a heartbeat, and it is all over. Has anyone else had ost their symptoms ??? ( I think I am after reasurance as usual)
I think I am about 8 weeks.

I am quite similiar. I did have nausea 24/7 up until about a week ago.
I am 8+6 weeks. My nausea is not half as bad and my (.)(.)'s are not as firm or as tender as they were.

I am also nervous. I have had 3 miscarriages and an ectopic. So very nervous. I have a scan on Wednesday so am really hoping everything is ok with bubba.

Please God everything will be ok for you too.

Its so scary isn`t it, and we have a long way to go yet.
My nausea has come back today with a vengance so I am really reasured by that. My boobs have gone back to normal though. I have got a bad back and I cried last night when I said goodnight to the dog so I guess they count as symptoms too.

I hope that your scan goes well on Wednesday, and that you get some symptoms to reasure you in the meantime.
