I Am Sure These Are Not Contractions...advice needed asap...

About 30 I got some really strong throbbing back pains that hurt a fair bit, like a pulsated hot current along my lower back. I just got them again, enough to make me really wince, swear and breathe deeply until they went, approx 60. I am sure that it's nothing, but will be keeping a very close eye this evening. I am only 36 weeks though tomorrow!

Any opinions will be much appreciated

Sounds more like a trapped nerve maybe.

If you get really concerned call midwife for advice. Hope it eases soon.
