I looked in my Diary before because I keep a record of AF .. and noticed that I had been going by the 25th when I just realised that AF came on the 23rd.

So what I am trying to ask is when I start to bleed on the 23rd for four days long then The next month AF comes again on the 23rd.. How long is my cycle

Gotten myself so muddled up this month

Depends which month ? from 23rd feb to 23rd march is 28 days so your cycle will be 28days
