I am at my wits end!!!

My dog chews every thing and anything aparts from here toys and rags, she jumps up at the kitchen tops when we have our back turns looking for food and has smashed 3 of my bowls this week.
And my 3 Year old draws every where, even when i give her paper and sit down with her as soon as my back is turned she draws on the walls and doors! I have told her no each time but she still does it.

I just need to rant really! Get some anger out.
