I know there was a few of us who stared to wean our little bundle of joy's at the same time

Was just wondering how everyone is getting on?

Alastair is having brekkie and tea but im not sure when to introduce lunch, it took me a couple of weeks but he is now loving his food

Hopefully will help him put on some weight

like a duck to water I think i was keeping Alfie waiting for food
hes having breakfast, and tea with a pudding and he loves it, tried him on pear and apple today he ate it but he didnt make the usual mmmmmmmmmmmm noises
Alastair looks lovely hunny he will catch up soon

Louie has been having 1 meal of food a day for about 2 1/2 wks, either brekkie, rusk & milk, or a jar of food/pudding.
but he doesn't seem fussed
he doesn't really seem to know what to do with it.
i do still think hes ready though coz all the signs are ther & have been for a while.
tried to get some sweet potatoe today, coz i am keen to do my own food for him.
what else can i make myself for him, i want him to have home made food coz Josh was still eating the jars of food at 1 year old
glad Alastair & Alfie are enjoying thier food though, wish Louie was as much!!!!

keeley's havin lunch and dinner her fav's are parship and cheese potatoe bake and egg custard... she loves it she bangs on the highchair when she wants more lol

i've had to start giving her her own spoon as she tries to fight me for it

Try doing carrot and swede with a bit of daireylea Al;fie loves this, also try pear and apple, maybe mashed banana, alie also loves mash and beanjuice with dairylea, anything with taste really he hated rice and rusks it was too bland for him (knows what he likes) as long as its tasty hell have it, try yogurts aswell he goes crazy over apricot and peach yogurts im going to ask HV if its ok for me to steam my own for him i love making alfies food myself but we have the tins when we go out anywhere for convienience

i have got Louie yoghurts, but they are cold so he wasn't sure, just made a 'yuck' face !!
