How Often Should Baby Move?

Over the past few weeks baby has been moving non - stop but today i've felt very few movements..

I don't have a doppler to check.. I dunno if it's "all in my head" as my arm is v v v painful today and all i can think about is that...

i've had days like that hun - even got to the point of almost ringing the hospital and asking if i can go in to be checked! MW has told me that if i'm ever concerned to ring and go in - not worth the stress and worry & to be on the safe side.

have you tried lying down in a quiet dark room? i found that eating some choc and then having a quiet lie down in bed got baby moving eventually - others have told me that sometimes babies have quiet days but doesn't stop you paniking though!!

they say baby should kick at least 10 times a day, some u probably wont even feel. my LO is quiet during the day likes to kick at night.

If im ever worried i sit down with a cold drink and something sweet...within a few mins she's normally put my mind at ease with a kick , but if your still worried give the hospital a call

I find that I feel my wee man later at night when im more relaxed and im not doing house work or something else. Also find having a drink of something cold always wakes him up. If your ever worried tho best to call the hospital and get it checked to put your mind at rest!

if im ever worried i just sit down and i get kicked mostly

sometimes i dont feel my baby all day but thats cos im so busy
