How often do you feed

My 4 months baby eats (ff) 8 oz in each bottle. 4 bottles a day, which makes 32 onz in total, per day.

She eats every 3.5 hrs, except the 7 pm bottle. ( she sleeps through the night and wake up between 7:30 -8 am)
