How much tv do you all watch, i think i watch far to much. It is on in our house from 9-9

When i am home telly is on but mostly just for background noise while i do housework or on here.
Its usually in the evening when i actually 'watch' anything

Same - it's always on in the background, it keeps me company! But it's normally the evening before i sit to specifically watch it.

Not a massive amount. I watch daytime TV occasionally and only watch it at night if there is something in particular I want to watch.

To much internet is used in this house.

If I'm at home on my own I have it on in the day for background noise but if OH is here then I don't bother. Then in the evening I watch from about 6-11 but not constantly, sometimes do other stuff while I'm watching

I'd go stark raving bonkers having it on that long. Most of it is mindless crap in the daytime and I'd rather read or spend time on emails, reading online, a book or something else rather than watch it for the sake of it.

We have a few programmes we like to watch so try to put it on when they are on, but otherwise don't worry really.

I dont actually 'watch' that much but its pretty much on all evening, if DH isnt playing the playstation that is

Like some others have said...its the laptop that gets far more use in our house!!!

mine is on all day but i very rarly watch it really thomas watches a bit in the morning (bbc 2 kiddie progs) hubby is normaly on his xbox in the day im tiding up and in the eveings we watch hollyoaks everyday and something on e4 at 9 whatever the series is, ugly betty, one tree hill ect we mostly watch films though or i play my ds or read a book

Usualyy all night.

We atch Neighbours all together, Brian watches the news. Then its just on for a bit and ill usually watch a bit of CSI and big brother.

The boys hardly watch any. X factor and uve been frame d at weekends. Although they will normally watch a DVD on a Saturday night.

Same here, it drives me nuts. I can't even stand it when OH or a friend or someone comes to mine and sticks it on for a bit to watch something...Ours is turned on at 6 for the news, then turned off, only to come back on at 9 again if there's something good on. The one exception is Countryfile of course

For about 3 hours in the evening, depends on a day. If i have stuff to do, then we dont watch it at all. But we do love to cuddle on a sofa and watch something nice (or not that nice, but still love to cuddle )

I have the radio on most of the day and then the TV goes on in the evening. If Brian is home it is on all the time!!

kiara watches it in the morning before school so about an hour there.i usually watch the news lunchtimes and kiaras allowed an hour about 4-5pm after homework is done before i serve tea.hubby watches all the soaps hes addicted.but then its sualy on in the background.caden is fascinated by anything green on tv,golf,footy,in the night garden,teletubbies

If i dont feel too good i sit for an hour at lunch with tv on but other than that it doesnt usually go on till after dinner in the evening for a few hours.
