how many dpo

Hello

this is going to sound really thick but do you count the 1st dpo as the day after you get an opk positive or after the second opk positive or a day after that ?

i.e. i got first pos opk on 23rd and second on 24th then 25th was a neg opk

so which day to i class as 1 dpo?? i keep hearing different things on how to count it

Sorry I can't help, but I'm wondering the same thing too! It's quite confusing isn't it!

Actual day of ovulation was prob 25 so 26th would be 1dpo xx

Thanks Princess - i did think that but had read a few different views on it and wanted to double check.

Why cant they bring a test out that tells u exactly the day you do ovulate!! lol
