How long roughly did it take for them to award you with your benefits?

We EVENTUALLY got our forms through today, for child benefit, and tax credit (also got surestart one and healthy start too)

Hoping it doesn't take too long but not holding out much hope!!!!!!!! What with the price of everything going up, we really need it asap

We got Child Benefit 2 months after she was born and Tax Credit less than 3 months after she was born. I have no idea when I sent off the forms. Quite late probably! You get it back dated to the birth so you get a chunk of money for the first payment.
