How long can a 7 month old go without having milk?

My LO seems to be cutting his third tooth and hasn't had any milk since 2:30am, he took his breakfast so tried milk from a spoon but he just lets it dribble back out of his mouth he has a free flow cup but has never taken anything from it.

Going to try again when he wakes up, with milk and water, but im not that optimistic any advice would be great thanks xx

I'd maybe speak to your hv hun as you don't want him to dehydrate...I'm not sure of timescales but she should be able to advise!
