my oldest was in newborn nappies for about 8 weeks
my second was only in newborn nappies for about 4 weeks
and my son was in newborn nappies for about 8 weeks

i think it depends on how big baby is and how much wait they put on in the first few weeks

it really depends on your baby size

Dior was in them for ages. she was only 5lb 5oz
Harley was born 6lb but piled the weight on and only in newborn for a week or 2

Just buy about two packs of new born nappies and then you can judge when baby is born. I think Aaron was in them for about two weeks.

Bu timportant thing is she's gradually filling them, and i don;t mena the contents of a dirty nappy either!

theres not much difference between size 1 and size 2, but finlay wore size 1 for about a month, he's still in size 2 now.
