Got your AF after birth.

Jaiden is almost 5 weeks and I stopped bleeding at 3 weeks.

I know everyone is different but just wanted to know when u got yours after the lochia stopped.

Hahaha!! I know what you mean! The only reason I asked is because it suddenly dawned on me that they'd come back again!

I've not had mine yet...! I think it's delayed if you're breastfeeding though.

I'm breastfeeding and haven't had one yet. When I stop breastfeeding I'm going straight on a contraceptive pill which stops periods in most women, fingers crossed I won't need to have a period till I start trying for my next baby

Sounds like a plan!!! I'm bottle feeding so expect my AF soonish then!

Mine came around ten weeks after, i usually have a five week cycle. And i didn't breast feed xxxx

With DD1 it was about 7 weeks. I only bleed for 3 weeks with her. With DD2 I bled for nearly 9 weeks so it was about 11-12 weeks that I got my first period. I hated those first 3 months following her birth, I ha to constantly wear towels.

got mine on the day of my 6 week check! Bloody doctor jynxed me asking if it had come back x

Was about 6 months for me And that was because i came off some medication

I am still breastfeeding, and pregnant again! sods law but i guess i wont have to worry about periods for another year or so!

I'm really confused now. I bled for about 4 days heavier than I've ever bled before and it was BRIGHT red but started off brown. It's stopping again now but I don't know if this was lochia or my first AF??
