how long befor hormones settle?

how long did it take you ladies for your hormones to settle ? i had my real bad tearfull day on day 5 and has settled a fair bit but still have ten mins every so often for totally pointless crying/tearfulness i thought they would be back to normal by now

I think I was teary for a good 2/3 weeks. I was so overwhelmed with the whole birthing experience. It was wonderful but I was sad it was over iykwim. I felt vulnerable and sad a lot of the time. X

My hormones are still up in the air now. It's not hard to upset me! I hope it's not too long going!

im so glad it not just me i feel all over the place and as i had pnd with my dd im dreading hv thinking i do again when it just normal hormones
