Charlotte....owch! I winced looking at that!
I sliced the palm of my hand open by picking up glass on a beach when I was about 3. My dad just took me home and dunked my hand into the twin tub washing machine! (my mum was washing clothes) and then bangaged it, I didn't go to hospital. I still have the scar across my palm now though its faded a lot.
And I fractured my leg when I was 12 by spinning around on the school sports field, making myself dizzy and falling funny on my leg. I was gutted cos I did it on the last day of summer term and the plaster came off 3 days before I went back to school!
I did get to go to the front of the queue when we went to watch jurassic park at the cinema though because I had a plaster cast on
I've only had stitches when I've had an operation. I've been quite lucky really.
