How can I encourage ovulation to trigger?

Hi

I am about to start my third cycle of clomid at 100mg however so far I have not ovulated on this dosage!

I wanted a trigger shot but the doctor and nurse are away and the secretary couldn't give me any more information.

I'm wondering if there's a supplement or remedy or anything I can take / do to encourgae ovulation?

My progestrone peaked at 26 so not far from the required 30 but still not enough.

sorry don't know what to suggest for ovulation, I don't actually think you can encourage ovulation at this stage, the nurse at the hospital said to me if my next dose of clomid doesn't work they have to give me the shot maybe you'll just have to wait for that to encourage ovulation?

I think there's been a mix up for me as the secretary said that my notes mentioned to give one last try but I think the cycle I'm just finishing was that try if that makes sense?

I did some googling and evening primrose oil may help x

yeah cycle going good today is my ovulation day so been getting lots of bding in lol.

I was just about to say I thought you were on cycle 3 already cause im on #2 and remember thinking you were 1 ahead of me.

ah right epo ive heard a lot of good things bout it, but unfortunetly I cant take it

How come you can't take it? Ah yeh I am about to start round 4 but it will be round 3 of 100mg x

aw right lol I see , I asked my clinic how many rounds I get unfortunetly I only get 3 cycles of clomid so next month will be my last eeekkkk

I cant take epo as im epileptic and unfortunetly that's one thing they don't allow you

Oh that's interesting, I didn't know EPO couldn't be taken by certain people!

only 3? mine haven't said but I read on here that 6 is the maximum. I wonder what will be next for us! x
