The name Nicholas/Nicolas?

For some strange reason I really like it, not keen on nick though :-s

I think Nicholas is a great choice. To me, it sounds like a name that ages really well, like Michael. I'm usually not keen on different spellings of names, but I also quite like Nicolas!

it is nice, classic but not overused at all nowadays... my first boyfeind at age 11 was one....bless him..

I don't like Nick either tho...

My partner is called nicholas, but prefers to be called nick. I love the name but chances are it will get shortened...
Great choice though!!

I like the name Nicholas :) he would probably end up being called Nick by people though :( xx

Good name but if you're not keen on nick then maybe think again because as the others have said he'll undoubtedly get called nick, especially by his friends when he gets older. Having said that my son is Finley and I didn't think I'd like it if it was shortened to Finn, but I call him Finn all the time now and love it! Xxx
