Can someone please explain to me how it works i have been googleing for hours and getting a bit peed off with it.
If you have over 6 thousand savings your housing benefit is effect. How? How many pounds is effect per £100 or £200 or how ever it is worked out.
Also i am not on income support and ive seen something online saying if your not of income support and some other benefits then your not entitled to housing benefit im on maternity atm but earn under 400 a month so not a high wage.
I have tried to find a housing benefit calculator i used one about a year ago when i was trying to work things out and cant find another one. It comes up some benefit calculator and i input all the details then at the end it just tells me what im already getting, not how much housing benefit i would be entitled to. I am currently at home and have some savings for when i move out to buy washing machine, sofa, fridge ect. I am not welcome here long term and me and my brother do not get on at all to the point were i would rarther either stay out all day or sit in my room all day, with a baby this is a bit alkward and need to find somewere else to live as it is making me depressed and i have to move out soon anyway. Im need to know what i am entitled to so i dont put my self in debt and move some where i cant afford.
Sorry if i am rambling a bit, i hope somebody can help
