hot flushes?

Anyone else dealing with this?

I keep getting random hot flushes and it's so annoying! All of a sudden I'll start to radiate heat...I get all clammy and restless it's HORRID My feet are the worst, they start to ache and become all swollen and sweaty and icky At least it's an excuse to eat all the cola sun lollies I want but argh! I'm fed up already

I havent had this one yet, although iv always been one to say its hot when everyone else says its cold so maybe im just balancing out now

I am getting cramp alot more often, but iv been blaming it on our new anti roll mattress, but spose that could be a preggy thing too ?!?

i am also getting some cramp in the morning when i get up and when i cross my legs i get pins and needles straight away...why do we do this to ourselves lol. xxx

I get them all the time, especially in bed when I'm trying to sleep!
