Hospital tomorrow

Hi all,

Have my obstetrician appiontment at the hospital tomorrow at 4.15pm (stupid time).

They are discussing my iron as i have been on it for a month but not absorbing it. I wonder what they will do??

I'll be glad to get some energy back whatever happens, hope they fix me asap!!

Hey, I had the same problem a week ago, m/w told me to drink orange juice (helps absorb iron) and not to drink a milky based drink just before or after (half an hour either side) taking a tablet, hope that helps, but gud luck for the appointment

I'll let you know. Hope the doc is nice though!

Its a shame my midwife didn't suggest anything she just refered me to the hospital straight away.

Although i have always had iron problems on and off. Which i have told them about from the beginning!!

But hey ho!
