hospital on friday :(- updated

got a phone call this morning from the hospital they have some test results back, not all of them but they want to see me soon as possible, so going friday afternoon.

I asked if its the post mortem and she said no not all is finished yet so i asked what it was about she said just some tests that have come back and they need me to come it, well i freaked out and still am, cos they wouldnt say anything over the phone.

So i dont know it may not be anything, just bit nervous.

aww hun i think they always ask you to come in and chat about results for that kind of thing rather then tell you over the phone weather they are good or bad

Did you have bloods taken afterwards?

If so they should have told you what they were testing for I dont remember if I asked but are they investigating things with you as well as the post mortem?

Don't be scared hon, I know its hard but maybe they have uncovered something they would rather share with you face to face in order for you to move forward?

i may just be the hospitals policy to give results in person, i hope everything goes ok i will be on holiday on friday but will be thinking of you and steve dh is taking his laptop so i will check in to see how it went.

A lot of hospitals won't give results out over the phone, I know its easily said but try not too worry too much

Try not to worry hun.... even if they have found something, it will feel like a weight off your mind to be given a diagnosis... rather than them saying "its just one of those things"... At least with a diagnosis, you can look forward to ways of dealing with things, taking medications, so that you can make your dream of becoming a wonderful mother come true...
