i had a breakdown on saturday morning. i went to the crap sainsburys further from my flat coz i was going to pick up a parcel from the royal mail office.

i ended up picking up a few bits in there and was getting upset with myself coz it was all quiet heavy and i knew i would have to carry it to the car as it was a basket full.

anyway, i picked up a baguette from the very far end of the shop and when i was leaving it tipped out of its sleeve onto the floor - i actually welled up the cleaner came over to me and picked it up and asked if it was alright. he was so sweet, i left all my heavy bags with him and had to go and get another one - but honestly i was SO upset about it all...over a bloody baguette!!!! xx

ps - im suffering heartburn too - awful
