Holiday Tips?

Anyone been to Marrakech (Morocco) or The Gambia (Africa)??
Were going to take a trip pre-baby and interested in both destinations.
Any tips/suggestions/recommendations?

I went t Gambia but needed malaria tablets..It was a great hol but my owrry with both these places would be the cleanliness of hosp should need arise.

I wouldn't go to the Gambia, as Cloud9 said you have to take malaria tablets, its a great place tho. Not too sure about Morocco, I've never been but would be very wary about hygenie/food standards etc.

Thanks girls, yeah the malaria tablet things worry me (asking midwife tomorrow about it) and about care should I need it, we thought perhaps the Canarie Islands might be a better (safer) bet and go to places like Gambia once little one is here and a tad older.....ahh it just gets so hard to find new, nice, safe palces for holidays now!!
