Holiday list help

They make you open pouches to taste? Even if the seal isnt broken? I am off in 2 weeks. Ive got the stuff for cases covered. But what about hand luggage. Id planned on taking 2 empty bottles ans 2 cartons of aptamil. Will I need to open these at customs? Im flying from blackpool and haven't been there before so ive no idea what the boots will be like in the departure lounge. Anyone know? Xx

Yep my friend had to try her pouches but we didn't for some reason. And yes they can make you open the aptamil cartons so I would pack extra in your hand luggage as they don't make you open all of them just a percentage.

Im a vegetarian and dont eat What Daisy Grace eats (even aptamil co tains fish!!) God I can see this being a headache. Will see if I can order at boots. Xx

Gayle, if you're planning on travelling with liquids or gels of any kind, like pouches, I would assume you will have to taste them all. I had to taste half of the pre made milk I had at security at heathrow. If you need milk, travelling with powder is fine and you can take an empty flask that they will fill with boiling water at say Starbucks or similar airside to make it up with.

Food wise - solid food like sandwiches, biscuits, fruit etc is fine.

Boots at heathrow had cartons of aptimil but not Hipp. But don't know about smaller terminals xxx
