And also, the name 'Teya', how would you spell it? I was thinking Thea, but then I want people to be able to say it without getting it wrong, and that might come out as 'They-a'

Oh, I love Thea, but guess that's the 'h'. I expect Tia is Teya.

I love Amelia too, and would consider Millie as the nickname of it, not so much shortened.

I think that Amelia shortens to Millie just fine. Although Oscar will be Oscar, we are planning on shortening it to Ozzy and Oz pretty much from birth even though it isn't a strict shortening of the name.

Thea is lovely but I would pronounce it Thee-a and I agree with Nicky, I would spell Teya Tia.
