Hip pain???

Hi all. Just wondering if anyone could help me out a little. I'm laid in bed on my back everytime I try to move my left leg I'm getting a sharp pain in my hip. I've tried moving on to my right side but it's uncomfy I get a dull ache on my left side. It's really painful to move. Any suggests please.

have you got a maternity pillow. I just got one for the same reason and they are really good for it. I found a cheaper on so I can link it on here if you like xx
