Hey ladies sorry i havent been on for some time my lo is now 6 months :O where has the time gone.
Anyway i am still suffering from huge discomfort in my right hip and lower back when i walk it clicks and i cant sit or lie or stand for long periods of times has anyone else suffered from this any ideas? its getting worse not better :(

Hiya, I get occasional pain in my left hip but it comes and goes... Is yours constant?

Mine kind of sticks which hurts and makes it difficult to walk without a limp but it wears off after a while and comes in bouts, like it'll come and go for a couple of days then i'll be ok for a week or so.

I've no idea what it is sorry, never asked anyone about it just put it down to having an 8lb baby when I'm only 5'2"!

Sorry, that doesn't help at all does it, hope someone can shed some light for you!

mine started off like urs but its gettin worse like lastin longer ect and the pains will even come up my back at times my son was only 7lb so not huge but not tiny either and am same height as u :) xx

Oh no... I'd definitely go get it looked at if its getting worse, my guess is that somethings either weakened/out of place and they'll recommend physio but better to get it seen to hun... You don't want it to carry on getting worse and you can't get about  x

My hips and lower back are very sore & stiff every morning. Jack was delivered by forceps after being on an epidural for almost 2 days so i'm thinking either the forceps or epidural may have done some damage. Once I start exercising again i'm sure it'll sort itself out.

Hope yours gets better soon x

i had a episiotomy and vaccume extraction to get my son out quicker they also had to remove a huge amount of my pelvic floor maybe same as u with u having had the forcepes got an appointment fingers crossed al be gymnast in few weeks :D lol thank you ladies xx
