HIP Grant - 21st April

Hi all,

I got my HIP grant today I'm due 21st April so literally on the cut off (24+1 on 31st December) so to anyone who wasn't sure whether they were entitled get your forms in!

What is a HIP grant? And how are you entitled to it?
