High risk for Down's. Low Papp-a and high hcg

Has anyone been in the same boat as we are? High risk for Down's (1:23).

We are going for the Nifty test tomorrow.

My HcG levels are high and my Papp-a is low. These results are concerning me. I've been researching and it could mean something is wrong with my placenta. Did you have high hcg and low papp-a?x
