Hey guys.
Had my first eye test since 2001 last Friday and the guy in Specsavers did that puff of air test for glaucoma, because I'd never had one before.
He found slightly elevated pressure in my right eye. It should be 17/18 mmg, but it's 21/22. I'm a bit worried that it will turn out that I have glaucoma. Does anyone know anything about high intraocular pressure and if it can be resolved without treatment?
And if I do have to medicate it, does it mean that if I stop medicating that I will develop glaucoma?
Sue
