Hello all, my name is Lisa and i very recently found out i was 5 weeks pregnant... after 3 years of trying

Ermmm... i'm 32 years old and have had one failed pregnancy way back when i was 17 yrs old. I have some worries with this pregnancy but i have posted about that in a different part of this forum. All help greatly appreciated.
