hi im lisa, and im about 5 weeks pregnant. i joined some other forums but they all seem to be american, im trying to keep local and find some women who are going through pregnancy at the same time as me.

im hoping for a home birth, this is our second child but she is not my husbands biological child. so this is his 1st birth and pregnancy. im going to use re-usable nappies this time, deffinatly want to breast feed and try to be as close to nature as possible.

hi thanks for the welcomes.

i did try to breastfeed my daughter but i didnt know i had flat nipples, i thought thats what all womens nipples looked like and she couldnt latch on, i also didnt fill up so im going to talk to my midwife about what we can do this time.
i hear you can take medication to induce lactation, maybe i need that or something, i have bought nipplette and a good strong breast pump (eletric) used nipplette with charlotte and it didnt work.. so im not really hopefull with that but the breast pump seems to bring my nipple out so if i fill up im sure i will be able to feed well i really hope i can. anyone had the same problem? im going to post this in the forum just incase people dont see my question too

im using nappie wraps and foldups and all in one napies kooshies and bambions i think.. and also a welsh compays babanod real nappies which are terry towel shaped nappies and a welsh fleese wrap.. they are gorgeous.. and i love them.. obviously not tried them yet but cant wait to do so lol..
