excuse all my random posts of late !! i did a baking day yesterday and made loads of coconut ice and vanilla fudge some of you will know what a kitchen health hazard i am, so for me this is an achievement! can't believe how quick and easy they were to make! next time i'll put flavour in the fudge, like chocolate or nuts and raisins and cherries or something. or whisky and i'll make the coconut ice a funky colour with food colouring!
there's 800g of sugar per set of sweets as in yes I nearly used a whole 2 kilo bag of sugar yesterday. and thats less sugar than the recipe said!
me too they look yummy i'e got acid reflux too and i'm being made to eat soup and bland boring stuff like mash potato but also trying to lose some weight so i'm basically eating soup and cereal
lol- thats ok i've never been very good at dieting i bet i start on the chocolate before the week is out!
