Helping my daughter!

Hi, i was wondering if anyone could help me.

my daughter is in nursery and they are learning phonics, and the sign that goes with the sound. i was told at parents evening to help her as she seems to struggle remembering but i do not know the phonics signs myself, does anyone know them or knows a useful website that i can use to help me help her. i have been googling it all day and cant find anything.
