Hiya girls, I got my vevry first :bfp: this morning, after 10 months trying and have been walking on air all day. OH is delighted too. But when I went to the toilet about an hour ago, there is light bleeding. What is going on, I am so so so scared something is going to go wrong...

xx

hey hun, im not sure what this could be but you could call NHS direct for some advice?? I hope all is OK. There may be some other girls on here with better advice but i didnt want to read and run. xxx

I just looked it up, as im no help with this and it says ..(some bleeding is normal and usually happens around the time your period is due. As long as there are no clots and its not massive amounts, all should be fine)

Hope this helps!

Im sure its all fine, stop panicing :) x

i just looked it up too and found the same advice as lrb on two seperate websites. some spotting should be fine xx

I will try to stop. It's scary. My OH told me not to worry, I will be fine and like I said to him, it isn't me I'm worried about. It's the little dot that will one day (all being well) be my little boy or girl. I'm just so scared that the chance to live will be taken away from it...I'm getting irrational now....

xx

Oh Flopsy I'm so pleased for you! But totally understand you must be in a right panic! Ring NHS just to get another opinion, as we all know googling things can send you mad! I have everything crossed for you, xx

Im not gonna say i kniw how u feel, cause i dont
Im sure its all gonna be fine, i knw its better said than done but try relax, for bubbas sake xxx:hugs:

I've called NHS and am waiting for a call back. I'm just hoping and praying that it is the 'normal' early pregnancy bleeding, I want this baby so much :sad:

Hope everything's ok  I know it won't make you worry any less but a lot of people do get bleeding at this stage x

Hi Flopsy. Congratulations on your BPF! I don't tend to write much, but am always reading! Hope NHS reassure you. I'm sure it's nothing to worry about.xxx

NHS have told me to see out of hours GP. Its not going to be ok is it??

xx

You don't know that! They probably just want to cover all the bases as they can't actually see you!
I don't know how I'd feel if I were you, I'm still waiting for any kind of BFP, so to get one after all the waiting and be so nervous immediately after must be crushing. When are you going to see the out of hours GP?

In about half an hour. I feel so pathetic, I can't stop shaking. All these bloody teenagers that get pregnant after a 1 night stand and don't even know for months...argh!! It isn't fair, it really isn't

No, you're right, it's not fair at all. But in half an hour you're going to see someone and they going to give you some decent information about it. Try to think that you're doing the best you can do. Is your oh with you or is someone taking you?

No, I am on my own. I don't think that is helping things.

Oh no, haven't you got anyone you can call to come and hold your hand?
I think you need some moral support, x

If no one's available at least call someone,I have everything crossed for you.
Let me know how you get on, xx

Hope appt went well. Fingers and toes crossed for you. Try not to panic. The person that took the call maybe just thought a doctor would be better to talk to you face to face.xx

Exactly, how did it go flopsy??
