I am just planning ahead, not getting my hopes up but just want to get organised and get things straight in my head. I've been reading my HR maternity stuff and wonder if u can make sense of this? Its gobldy goop to me.

To qualify for contractual maternity pay, a woman must have been continuously employed by the University for a minimum of 52 weeks up to and including the 15th week before the expected week of childbirth.

So how long do u have to be there to qualify?

Basically you need to have been there a year when you are 25 weeks, work out 25 weeks from when you start to TTC and check its gonna be ok.:)

xx

Thanks maybe, its all so confusing. hope u are well can't believe ur 23wks already. Xx
