Help - Sweat Rash

Harrison has developed sweat rash all over the right side of his face, little red spots. Just wondered how I can get rid of it as he's had it a few days now. Anything I can put on it?

i used tht avent magic cream and it worked a treat , last couple of days its come back so using the cream again think its worse when the weather changes like it does !

Dafydd has it too but i think it's milk rash.

It comes and goes.

I tried the magic cream on G3Ms recommendation too, its fab! also found washing her face and neck with a little water at every change helped when Eva had this the other week.
