Milk Rash

Maia developed a rash on her face, head and behind her ears a couple of weeks ago. When the health visitor came she said it was a milk rash.

Does anyone know how long it usually takes take to clear a milk rash?

I have been putting Calendula Face cream on it as it was really rough like sand paper which is working and making the skin smooth again.

Should I be doing something esle to help it along?

It took at least 2 weeks to clear Kathryn's rash- it got really bad and spread from her face over her head and all over her chest and arms. I used Avent Magic cream and Lansinoh for the really dry scaly patches in her eyebrows and hair and it did the trick.

Alex still gets it now and then - he had it really bad when he was really little - proper little pizza face lol. It comes and goes.
