Help please

I am getting really peed of trying to get a new pic on my avatar! I have no idea how i did the last one. I have the right pixel size and uploaded to photobucket and made it into a tiny pic on the resizing option and it still wont work!!! Argggh now i have no pic. Can some please explain resizing for dummies, i have photo shop. Thanks peeps!

If it's already in Photobucket and it's around 100x100 pixels, then all you do is copy the 'Direct Link' code from your Photobucket account, then paste it in the 'Link to Off-Site URL' bit in your Control Panel on the forum

Hahhha! I am not having a very good day! Just changed my ticker! Lol. Nickilubs has kindly offered to sort my pic...thanks girls! I am so rubbish with this stuff!
