Why cant I get an avatar pic?? ive resized a pic on photobucket, but i cant work the damn thing

help please :doh: :think:
 
are you using the "link to offsite avatar" bit in your profile? Don't try to upload it if the file is too big.
 
post the pic here and we can sort it out for you :)
