   (btw thanks for putting me off my weetabix this morning :wall:)

I think its to do with your insomnia... sleep allows your brain to process the days events and make sense of it all through dreams... but if you don't sleep then your brain will basically try and dream while you are awake which can create certain types of neurosis... such as phobias.

You do need to deal with this phobia NOW... and not wait. I would go see your GP for starters and maybe try and make sure that all food you eat is correctly cut up so that you can see the inside...

And thank you hunny... because I have spent the entire day worrying about eating cockroaches... :puke: :puke: :puke:

What Squiglet said, also have you had an upset tummy or something? Cos sometimes if I get it I get really funny about my food.

Hope you get it sorted, insomnia + a baby must be exhausting

 I hate getting food phobias! I'm so fussy when I never used to be its really awkward! Its so bad that I cant eat a egg because I don't want to eat a umbilical cord!!!!! Try explaining that to people!

Sleep probably does play part in it when your tired you hardly want to eat anyway so mabey its just your mind making up stuff so you don't have to eat.
