help needed!!

hi, this is my first post!
we are finding it really hard to think of names as my OH surname is 'Darling', we both really like Darcie for a girl, but does that sound silly 'Darcie Darling'? Please give a honest answer/opinion, i wont be offended.
my OH name is Dave, but i dont think Dave Darling sounds that bad, or maybe its just because im used to it?!!

I too like the name Darcey for a girl.
It does sound a bit funny. Have you considered a middle name to break it up a bit. Like Darcie May or Darcie Rose etc.

Remember though surnames arn't really used much so it shouldn't be a real issue. Think about some of the names the celebs are using!!

thankyou for your reply! yeah we have thought of middle names, but they never really get used do they? i know mine never gets used when people refer to me, so she would still be known as 'Darcie Darling'. Reckon we will prob have to scrap that idea, start again!! its SO hard thinking of names, especially with difficult surnames! thankyou for your help tho
