Help needed - blocked duct???

Hi again

my left breast is really painful along one side and there are some pink/reddish areas. I think I must have a blocked milk duct - have tried feeding Amelie but it's not clearing it. Please does anyone have any suggestions?

get in a warm bath , put some warm flannels over the breast and gently try massaging the lumps away, i was told this when i had this and it does work...

also try hand expressing just a very little bit away as your doing it.. not to much though cos body will think its baby feeding and will produce more milk..

hope it goes away soon i know how you feel ive had it.. buit the massaging does work!
