Sorry don't know how to spell nuemococcol lol

Anyway Jack had an immunisation at 12 months, then his MMR was due to 13 months but he has been poorly each week since and only ended up having it yesterday.

He had one in each leg. I thought MMR was only 1? She mentioned it being the numecoccal one? I don't know why but I didn't even ask her at the time but is that not the one he had at 12 months?

If so will it harm him if he has had it twice?

Also around 1 of his injection places he has a big red circle patch. It's only around 1 and not the other? is this normal?

I am worried now, dunno why I never brought it up but I just agreed cos you think well they know what he needs but it's only now i've sat and thought about it i'm questioning it

Hi ya, I just checked Kaitlin's immunisation records and she had one injection at 12 months which was Hib/MenC and then two at 13 months which were MMR and Pneumococcal. She also had a red circle around one of her injections I think it was the MMR one, it only lasted a few days and then went. If you are worried check his immunisation records or speak with your health visitor. Hope this helps. x

Brilliant! Thanks so much, Jack had exactly those ones at 12 months then yesterday. So relieved. My mind was doing overtime! Thanks again your a star

Your welcome, I can imagine, you must have been so worried. Glad you feel better about what he had. x
