These are the ones I think I have narrowed it down to. I want a fairly lightweight buggy with a reasonable size shopping basket and one that will last until Jake is about 3 years old. I also want it to be suitable from newborn incase we have another baby and need to use it again. I would be grateful of any reviews on any of these prams.

I would say always a maclaren... My mum used one with me, my brother and sister and only replaced it with my sister, because she wanted a new one... I had one with Tia, and it was the best push chair I'd ever had... it was light, compact, easy to fold and store.... you had to be a bit aggressive with the breaks but other than that.... I couldn't fault the maclaren, it travelled all over the world, and back and never once had a problem. We even took it to Disney world when she was 4 so she could have a rest... and my sister ended up in it...and she's about the size of a 10 year old..Its really durable....so I will be getting another one this time round....but they only go from 3 months

I've never had a silver cross, every M&P buggy/travel system Ive had has fallen to bits or squeaked terribly despite wd40.

I have a maclaren quest and it is wonderful. I'll never have another brand of pushchair again. iT's so light the wind blows it down the st if it's empty, so be careful with that

I'm getting a Maclaren xlr travel system this time, it lasts forever and I'll not need another one as it's suitable right the way through! :cheer:

Mclaren I would say best but non of them look suitable for use with a newborn though, well my opinion but I know fook all lol

im sorry, i would help u but i dont kno anything about them! my mum bought mine and i dont kno which are the best or whether mine is one of the best, but am very happy with it. i dont kno what any of those look like sorry!

Thanks for all of your input. I ended up buying the M&P one today as it was on offer and I am really pleased with it. I am searching for buggy snuggles now :D

You are welcome :D They are lovely arn't they. Are you going to get one for your little lady? I looked on e bay as they have some cheaper but they didn't have the one I wanted. If you want one though it might be worth checking e bay first.
